PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The monty™ 1620 swing-arm tire changer is designed for high-volume tire shops, multi-bay repair shops, and car dealerships. It features standard 21" outer-wheel clamping (26" with optional adapters), and accommodates tire diameters up to 50". It can also be upgraded by adding the patented EasyMont™ pro that aids in single-operator mounting/demounting of extra-stiff, low-profile, high-performance, and run-flat tires.

Accommodates Large Wheel and Tire Assemblies:
- Allowing for a tire diameter of 50" and an outer wheel diameter of 21"

Dual Wheel Clamping Cylinders:
- Dual pneumatic clamping cylinders control all four clamping jaws
- Eliminate damage to wheels due to slippage
Four Jaw Clamping Chuck:
- Self-centering jaws provide uniform clamping to wheels with 24" outer diameter or 26" inner diameter
Multi-Position Bead Breaker:
- 6,000 lbs. of power at the bead shovel and a range of up to 15 3/8" wide
- Two-stage pneumatic cylinder provides precise power and can be toggled with the foot pedal as needed, for ease of use with stiff or soft sidewalls
Integrated Bead-Seating Jets:
- Powerful air blast operated by the foot pedal
- Each jet is located in the jaw, positioned under the wheel to assist in bead-seating
Built to Last:
- Heavy, solid 1/2" thick steel clamping table
- Rugged, steel-reinforced chassis
- Rust-proof air cylinders and valves
