Semi-Automatic Tyre Changer
The monty® 8700B semi-automatic centre post tyre changer Utilises a superior set of tools to minimise effort and reduce the risk of wheel damage when working with run-flat and high-performance tyres. It provides an innovative leverless mount/demount system, while smartSpeed™ technology controls the mount/demount conditions in order to provide the optimum torque/speed combination to the motor. The dynamic bead breaker with two disks facilitates the convenient demounting of tyres with robust sidewalls, while an ergonomic wheel lift effectively minimises the risks associated with wheel damage, technician fatigue, and potential injuries. Additionally, the 8700B provides a pedal-controlled inflator, while a mirror helps control lower bead operation.
This design offers an array of essential benefits, with paramount importance placed on the significant reduction of potential wheel damage, as well as reduced clamping constraint in contrast to the turntable design.
The user-friendly control panel employs a colour-coded layout and tool-matching controls to ensure easy navigation.
The impeccably calibrated synchronised dual-disk system meticulously aligns both upper and lower tyre beads, ensuring unparallelled precision and reducing the potential for wheel damage. Adjustable tilt feature included, for tyres with a stiff sidewall.
The Pneumatic Bead Pusher is designed with a reverse-side hook to assist in lifting heavy tyres, efficiently facilitating the mounting process of the upper bead.
Our leverless mounting and demounting tool synchronises with the dynamic bead breaker location for optimum positioning. Featuring upgraded steel and plastic protection to ensure long-term operation, this innovative system is a perfect tool for RFT, UHP, OEM's and low-aspect-ratio tyres.
This revolutionary, patent-protected technology optimizes the applied torque on the wheel and automatically establishes the maximum rotational speed of the wheel.
